Backtrack on Blood Test

12/1/12 (Thursday)- I finally take the test. I was anticipating the worst, and in a way it kind of helped me get through the process. 

 I went in, fill in my particulars, pee in a cup and gave some blood. When the young lady told me to grip my fingers, i felt the pinch, i didn't even realize that i was all done. That was the first time that i saw my blood in a vial. Never knew i had so much blood! I did look the other way and i can feel my arm involuntarily pulling away from the needle point. And i even made a weird nervous sound. I couldn't even repeat the sound if i want to. 

It felt like.. an ant bite. It really does. It also helped the pain that i was told to grip my fingers hard before/when the needle was about to go in. It is totally different from taking shots where you can feel your arm getting numb. The whole peeing thing.. I almost peed before i get to the lab. And i didn't even know if i should fill the cup to the brim or not. Is it weird that i am disgusted with my own pee? The smell, color and the warmness. Euwwe..~~

One Bottle of 'O' Positive

So, got my blood test result back. I have high blood pressure. Mine is 5.7 which exceed the 5.2 healthy range.

Was told not to eat too much fried food and eat more food with Omega 3.



Well i guess it wasn't as bad as i thought..:)

Oh, and after so long, i finally know what is my blood type. 'O'
Positive yo! I always thought that i am type 'O', based on my biology research that i did way back in secondary school. I just didn't know if i'm a positive or a negative.

P/S: TrueBlood vamps love 'O' Negative.

New Year

Whenever the new year starts, for some reason i have a lot of to do list that needed to be checked.

To Do List:-

• Close my BSN account, i am sure that i would have to pay up the ATM card yearly charges before i can close it. So i am gonna do it back in Ranau.
• Serviced my car which is already over the mileage for it to be serviced. May be next Tuesday?
• Complete the KL-Tokyo-Osaka-KL trip so that we can apply for the Visa. We are currently stuck in Kobe. Should we stay overnight in Kyoto or come back to stay in Kobe? Well i kind of have that figured out. I'll voiced it out to my travel partners soon.
• Get my car fixed- since i haven't done anything to it since the accident.
• Go to the Dentist <-- so dreading this  Friday.
• Get my blood test result tomorrow (Monday).
• Apply for a day leave on Friday (flight & dentist appointment)

Well it doesn't seem like much. I have crossed out:-

• Renew my car insurance.
• Renew my road tax.
• Get a blood test done.
• Go the the bank to settle my bro's request.
• Shopped for Chinese New Year (yeah this made the list), the Dunhill perfume for PapaRoach.

And others are just work stuffs.

There is no denying that i am in a very holiday mood :). And so is everyone else. :)

The BIG Three-O

I will be going into my 30th name day this year. And i have been putting this off for a few years now. I am going to make myself go for a blood test. I know it is long overdue, but i am just scared stiff of needles!! Aargh....~! Just thinking about it, kind of made me want to postpone the inevitable.

After my first tatoo, that was also the day i decided that that is going to be my last. Hm.. Or NOT. I mean, who knows when i'll be having my mid-life crisis. And maybe by that time i might have already forgotten how it hurts.

But again, JUST DO IT!!

Best Birthday Ever!

It’s funny how my “Best Birthday Ever!” is defined by the notion of how many cakes I’ve got.

Total 4 cakes! All early birthday cakes.

I got 2 surprised birthday cakes from SIL. Oreo Cheese Cake & Chocolate Mud Cake. Homemade! I finally got to try SIL’s cakes. Love ‘em!

Brought some back with me to share with my colleagues. Including one Christmas Fruit cake mixed with Rum. Compliments all around. Well done!.

At the airport, saw Couz Ojoy and her parents. They just had seen off G&V. I unknowingly had the same flight as them. And Couz G had a taste of all the cakes. Haha..

We had a birthday party in the office without my boss around yesterday. He came in right after all the cake eating. “Wa, you all partied while I was working my ass off a?”..
